Executive Officer
Shantel Pierson is a native Houstonian with a background in vocational higher education and healthcare operations. She serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SheIgnite Society and Founder and President of SheIgnite Foundation, where she leads programming centered on financial fluency, professional development, and community service.
At the core of Shantel’s work is a clear conviction: while an entire generation of women has been encouraged to climb the corporate ladder and build businesses, many were never equipped with the financial and professional tools required to navigate those paths successfully. Without inherited blueprints, progress has often come through trial and error or not at all.
Through the dual ecosystem of SheIgnite Society and SheIgnite Foundation, Shantel is committed to changing the way building a pathway where first generation women can strengthen income, leadership, and long-term legacy without relying on trial and error.

Kayla is a retail management professional and entrepreneur passionate about leadership, growth, and building meaningful connections. Through her event design business, First Class Events, she brings creative visions to life and curates memorable experiences.
Since joining She Ignite Society, she has gained meaningful connections and a deeper sense of confidence in both her personal and professional journey.
As Executive Lead, she is passionate about uplifting and empowering women, especially in business and leadership. She values creating a space where women can connect, grow, and thrive together alongside a community of like-minded women.
Robyn Tolliver

Community Service Lead
Robyn Tolliver is an HR Leader and Business Owner with over 20 years of experience partnering with leaders and organizations to build strong, people-centered cultures. Her background spans human resources strategy, employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership coaching, across corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Known for her calm, solutions-oriented approach, Robyn brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to every space she serves.
In addition to her HR leadership career, Robyn is the CEO and Master Esthetician of Karen Elaine Skincare, a luxury, results-driven skincare brand that helps their customers achieve healthy glowing skin that lasts through customized anti-aging corrective skincare. As a business owner, she has built and scaled service-based operations, developed brand strategy, and created inclusive experiences that prioritize self-care, trust, wellness, and long-term impact.
As Community Service Lead for She Ignite Society, Robyn is passionate about designing meaningful, sustainable service initiatives that align purpose with action. She is committed to mobilizing volunteers, strengthening community partnerships, and creating programs that foster connection, dignity, and measurable impact—while empowering women to lead, serve, and thrive together.

Sis Lead
KaTina is a proud native of Meridian, Mississippi but was raised in Nashville,TN. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in BioChemistry from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama in 2010. She then her Master’s of Science in Nursing with a clinical specialty in Nurse-Midwifery from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2013. She moved to Houston, Texas in 2013 to work as a Maternal Child Specialist at UTMB and then on to Texas Children's Hospital Women's Specialists of Houston as full scope nurse-midwife. In December of 2021, she started Amena Idir Midwifery, LLC, an out of hospital boutique home birth practice that serves the Houston community.
KaTina acknowledges the unique needs of women which requires a
(w)holistic approach to heal the mind, body, and soul. She believes we are all connected and it is our time to grow and heal together. KaTina is a creative by nature and enjoys being a tinkering talent and filling in the gaps. She has a passion for decorating, event planning, and hosting but she is also a healer, birth warrior, daughter, sister, and friend.
In February of 2025, KaTina joined She Ignite Society seeking community, mentorship, and sisterhood and she found those exact things and more. She is excited about the future of She Ignite Society. She is committed to not only curating SIS worthy events but cultivating deep connections and sisterhood among members and the community. KaTina encourages everyone to be empowered to be their truest, most authentic self for that is your highest self.
