Bridgework Lab™ is a six-month applied learning accelerator designed to bridge corporate strategy and executive language with real-world application.
The Lab takes the strategic planning principles, performance standards, and decision-making disciplines used inside corporations and translates them into accessible, practical tools for emerging entrepreneurs and corporate professionals.
Participants learn how corporations evaluate growth, measure performance, allocate resources, assess risk, and communicate at the executive level, and then apply those same concepts to their own careers and businesses.
Bridgework Lab™ is built for individuals ready to engage deeply, strengthen strategic thinking, and operate with greater clarity and confidence. Through applied learning, participants move beyond surface-level development and begin to think, plan, and execute with the structure typically reserved for executive environments.
The goal is simple: make high-level strategy accessible — and actionable — for those building without inherited access to those rooms.

Program Launch - Fall 2026
The official launch of Bridgework Lab™ is scheduled for Fall 2026. In advance of the full program rollout, we will begin accepting applications for a limited pilot cohort. Selected participants will serve as the inaugural class, helping to shape and refine the foundational experience of the Lab.
Program details, eligibility criteria, and application timelines will be released prior to the opening of the pilot application cycle.

Bridgework Lab Faculty
Bridgework Lab™ faculty is composed of experienced practitioners who bring corporate strategy, financial discipline, and performance-based thinking into an applied learning environment.
Each instructor leads from both expertise and execution, translating executive-level principles into accessible, real-world application. Faculty members guide participants through strategic decision-making, financial foundations, performance measurement, and operational clarity, ensuring that concepts are not only understood, but practiced.
The Lab’s faculty is intentionally curated to uphold the rigor, integrity, and standards of the program. Every session reinforces disciplined thinking, structured growth, and measurable advancement.

Shantel Carter
Bridgework Lab Facilitator | KPI Literacy & Strategic Execution
Shantel Carter leads the KPI Literacy Lab and Strategic Execution Lab inside Bridgework Lab™. She teaches participants how to think beyond activity and into performance, translating data into decision-making, strategy into measurable action, and ambition into structured growth.
Through applied learning, participants strengthen their ability to interpret performance indicators, assess risk, allocate resources intentionally, and operate with greater strategic clarity. Her approach challenges women to move from observation to ownership. Understanding not just what is happening in their careers or businesses, but why, and what to do next.
Kristina Pipes
Bridgework Lab Facilitator | Operational Competency Lab
Kristina Pipes leads the Operational Competency Lab within Bridgework Lab, where she teaches participants how organizations truly function behind the scenes. With a background in higher education and healthcare operations, she brings hands-on experience in workflow design, documentation, compliance, and operational efficiency.
In the Lab, Kristina helps participants distinguish activity from operations, map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design clear SOPs that create repeatability and scale. Her focus is simple: build systems that don’t break when you step away.
Jalen Blackmon
Bridgework Lab Facilitator | Financial Foundations Lab
Jalen Blackmon serves as the Financial Foundations Instructor inside Bridgework Lab™.
Within the Lab, Jalen leads applied learning sessions focused on strengthening participants’ understanding of core financial principles that support long-term value.
His approach supports the Lab’s broader mission of translating high-level financial and corporate concepts into accessible, structured learning experiences. Inside Bridgework Lab™, Jalen ensures participants strengthen the financial foundation necessary to think, plan, and execute with greater confidence and precision.
